Searching for a therapist can feel both brave and overwhelming. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning. Using a compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, I meet you where you are and work alongside you to create meaningful change. Together, we can build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and foster a greater sense of well-being. I view therapy as a collaborative, nonjudgmental process where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you're facing a difficult moment or seeking long-term personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and guidance. I have experience working with teens, adults, and families, and I treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. I have also recently completed training in perinatal mental health and support individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional challenges that can come with this stage of life. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed modalities such as ARC and TF-CBT to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create lasting change.
