Introduction

Hi, I'm Nicole Obih (she/they), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of Celestial Shift Therapy, LLC. I provide virtual therapy for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults across Texas and Florida. I specialize in working with queer, trans, and questioning individuals navigating identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming—rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). You might be seeking therapy if you're: - Questioning your sexual orientation or gender identity - Healing from discrimination, rejection, or family conflict - Struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-worth - Processing racial trauma or navigating multiple marginalized identities - Learning to set boundaries and live more authentically - Dealing with internalized homophobia, transphobia, or shame As a Black queer therapist, I understand what it means to navigate the world with intersecting identities. You won't have to educate me about your experience or perform "appropriate" queerness. Therapy with me is a space where your whole self is welcome—no masking, no judgment, no shame. Whether you're processing the past, building confidence, or stepping into who you truly are, I'm here to walk beside you. Let's create the shifts you've been searching for. Specialties: LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, Trauma Recovery, Racial Identity, Anxiety & Depression, CBT, ACT. Serving: Texas & Florida (Virtual Sessions) Free 15-Minute Consultation | (832) 261-1474
