Introduction

Psychiatric care should feel collaborative, thoughtful, and human — not rushed, dismissive, or reduced to a medication checklist. I work with adults who want help making sense of the full picture: symptoms, trauma, identity, neurodivergence, substance use, burnout, medication experiences, and the realities of living in a world that is not always built with them in mind. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management with a warm, direct, trauma-informed, and affirming approach. Medication is not always the only focus of care; I listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and offer brief, solution-focused support to help clarify diagnoses, options, patterns, and next steps. You deserve care where you feel heard, respected, and taken seriously. If you have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or reduced to symptoms in the past, we can slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and identify next steps together.
