Introduction

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and a belief that growth is always possible (and sometimes even fun). I am a level 2 trauma specialist. I work with all kinds of trauma. I have been working with the veterans population for the past few years. I love helping all my patients reach their goals while using a healthy dose of fun and laughter. Looking forward to working with you!
