Introduction

Ever spiraled at 2 AM over a text? Felt like you’ll never be “enough”? Wondered if everyone else has it figured out except you? I’m Nikki Isbell, and I help teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, or the weight of life’s “shoulds.” Whether you’re navigating friendship drama, school or work stress, a breakup, or figuring out who you are, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all together. In our work, we’ll explore the deeper feelings beneath your stress, untangle old patterns that hold you back, and build tools to help you handle tough thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll strengthen your confidence, deepen your self-understanding, and create space for more authentic connections with yourself and others. I grew up in Lake Tahoe, California, where the beauty of nature instilled in me a love for the outdoors and a holistic view of health. My approach blends psychodynamic exploration with mindfulness, helping you understand how past experiences shape your present, while also giving you practical ways to navigate life right now. With a background in Nutrition and CBT, I also pay attention to the mind-body connection, supporting you in feeling grounded and resilient. Above all, my goal is to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can be real, feel supported, and start building a life that feels true to you. Ready to get started?
