Introduction

I’m Nicole, a licensed professional counselor who works with helping neurodivergent—especially late-diagnosed ADHD or autistic—adults with complex trauma who are struggling with relationships, disordered eating, burnout, or grief to reconnect with their bodies, create sustainable self-esteem, and build a more authentic, grounded life. I believe that healing starts with being seen, acknowledged, and supported in the places where you’ve felt misunderstood, dismissed, or alone. By utilizing somatic, relational/attachment, and depth-oriented approaches to this work, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses shaped by your past experiences—especially the ones that taught you to doubt yourself or disconnect from your body. I don’t offer rigid solutions, “quick-fixes”, or pressure-filled expectations; I believe in collaborative, sustainable healing that honors your story and meets you exactly where you are.
