Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida providing virtual therapy sessions. I attended the University of Central Florida where I completed my bachelors in Psychology. I went on to receive my Masters in Applied Psychology with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. My passion lies in helping clients from all walks of life improve their mental health, day-to-day life, relationships, and much more. I strongly believe in specialized therapy that is uniquely tailored to each of my clients. Together, we will decide what methodology is the best fit for you. Having worked in a wide variety of settings such as treatment centers, schools, in-home and in the community, I have been able to gain insight on how to best help clients of all stages. No matter where you are in life, I'm confident we can get you where you want to be.
