Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to show up with everything figured out. I’m a counseling practicum student at Greenwich Counseling, and creating a space that feels warm, relaxed, and real is important to me. Outside of sessions, I’m someone who finds comfort in small, grounding moments — reading when I need to escape into another world, coloring when my mind feels busy, cooking meals that feel nourishing, and spending time with my dog (who honestly keeps me grounded more than anything else). Rock music is often my go-to when I need to reset or let some energy out. These are the things that help me slow down, feel present, and reconnect with myself — and that same sense of presence is what I aim to offer you in our work together. In therapy, I care most about connection and feeling understood. Our sessions won’t feel rigid or overly formal. We’ll move at your pace, focus on what matters to you, and create space for reflection, honesty, and growth. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or simply looking for a place to talk things through, my hope is that you’ll feel supported, respected, and comfortable being yourself.
