I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, chronic illness, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ identities. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace without feeling like you need to have everything figured out. I believe our symptoms often have a deeper story to tell, and I enjoy helping clients explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to their struggles while building greater self-awareness. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Informed Therapy, mindfulness, somatic-based interventions, and gradual exposure. I also incorporate creative techniques such as play, art, and music therapy when appropriate, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I am passionate about helping clients build confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills while creating meaningful, lasting change. I especially enjoy connecting with children and teens and partnering with parents to support progress both in and outside of therapy!
