I help individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, anxiety, or relationship distress develop more secure, meaningful ways of connecting with themselves and others. My work is grounded in attachment and systems theory, helping clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while creating lasting change in how they communicate, respond, and relate. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique goals. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support both insight and practical change. I have over 13 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents across community mental health, inpatient addiction treatment, and private practice. I provide an affirming, sex-positive space for LGBTQ+, kink, and consensually non-monogamous/polyamorous clients and approach therapy with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for each person's lived experience.
