My name is Niesha Perry, M.Ed,LPCC-S, LICDC-CS. I earned my Bachelors degree in psychology from Rio Grande University located in Rio Grande, Ohio in 2006. In 2011 I earned my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health from Kent State University located in Kent, Ohio. I specialize in providing both mental health and substance abuse counseling for children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. I also integrate other theoretical approaches. I have provided counseling services in residential, outpatient and school settings. My areas of competence include but are not limited to depression, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety. I offer a calm and comforting environment to allow clients to feel open and accepted. I specialize in providing support for individuals in need to healing and growth. We will work together to build self confidence, trust and resiliency. I am flexible with my client's schedules to meet all needs.
