Most of us experience anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or other personal challenges at some point in our lives. These challenges may result in feeling isolated, sad, angry, or even numb. When this happens, it is time to stop fighting our feelings and begin listening to them. It is my honor and privilege to support and guide you throughout this process. My mission as a therapist is to empower, challenge, and facilitate growth, and I take this role to heart. Every client’s needs are different, and no single technique is right for everyone. I work collaboratively with clients to identify presenting and underlying issues to get to the root of the problem, beyond just modifying thoughts and behaviors.
