Introduction

You may look like you are holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to get back to yourself. I help adults and couples slow down the noise, understand the patterns keeping them stuck, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment wounds, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional patterns connected to money and financial stress. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by overthinking, self-doubt, conflict, perfectionism, or feeling responsible for everything and everyone around them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I integrate person-centered therapy with evidence-based methods such as EMDR, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and the Gottman Method. Together, we work to understand what is happening beneath the surface and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. In our work, the goal is not just to cope better, but to build clarity, emotional safety, self-trust, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy in North Carolina and am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
