Sometimes the hardest part of starting therapy is finding someone who truly listens—without rushing, fixing, or judging. My goal is to offer you a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as a whole person. I work with adults navigating depression, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem challenges, relationship and family concerns, and major life transitions. Much of my work centers on helping clients develop self-compassion, rebuild confidence, and move through stress with greater clarity and emotional balance. I have a particular passion for supporting women who have spent years caring for others and are ready to begin caring for themselves more fully. Before transitioning into direct clinical work, I spent several years in leadership and supervisory roles within healthcare and community mental health settings, including population health management and nursing home administration during the pandemic. These experiences shaped my calm, grounded approach and deepened my respect for resilience—especially in moments of uncertainty, grief, and change. My therapeutic style is collaborative, transparent, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based practices while tailoring sessions to your individual needs, values, and lived experiences. I believe therapy works best when expectations are clear, communication is open, and clients feel empowered in their own growth. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a meaningful place to start. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just a willingness to begin.
