Introduction

Hello! My name is Nikki (she/her) and I'm a postdoctoral psychology resident who honors authenticity, vulnerability, and the complexity that makes us unique. I'm passionate about working alongside individuals who identify as BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or adopted; and those with trauma histories, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and identity concerns. Life is hard. While it can be scary, you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. My therapeutic approach is gentle, curious, and relational. This partnership is meant to be collaborative, empowering, and one where authenticity is safe and vulnerability is met with attunement. Your voice matters.
