Introduction

Life's challenges can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. In those moments, it can be difficult to see a path forward—but you don't have to find it alone. For more than 14 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and other difficult seasons of life. I am continually humbled by the trust my clients place in me as we work together toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe every person possesses incredible strength and resilience, and together we can uncover the hope, clarity, and confidence needed to move forward.
