Introduction

Trauma profoundly shapes our responses, often locking us into rigid patterns that limit our ability to be fully present. Whether you struggle with hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, or other challenges, trauma—from personal emotional wounds to "Big T" experiences—can make it feel impossible to access your truest, most authentic self. If you feel stuck and unable to break free from these cycles, I utilize effective methods like EMDR, ART, and parts work that are designed to promote neural growth and help end these patterns permanently. As a lifelong geek, gamer, and nerd, I am also Geek Therapy certified and gladly integrate fandom culture into our work when it feels appropriate and supportive. Because deep healing often requires stepping outside the bounds of traditional hourly sessions, I offer these powerful modalities through a highly focused, transformative structure. I specialize in one-on-one, 3-to-5-day intensive therapy retreats that provide up to 6 hours of dedicated healing per day. To support a deeper level of exploration, I offer these retreats both with and without ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). For those seeking a different pace, I also provide 60- to 90-minute sessions for a limited number of clients. Clients often describe experiencing a powerful sense of liberation through this work—an unshackling from the burdens of the past. Together, we work to cultivate a deep well of self-love, compassion, and inherent worth that blooms in a way traditional talk therapy rarely allows. If you are seeking transformative change and are ready to break free from the past, reach out and connect today to see how we can map out your path forward.
