You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, relationship stress, family dynamics, or the weight of caregiving within complex systems. You may also be a parent, sibling, partner, or loved one supporting someone with significant mental health needs, disability, or substance use challenges, while also trying to make space for your own wellbeing. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and gently begin to understand the ways you’ve learned to adapt, survive, and protect yourself. So much of what we carry makes sense when we understand what we’ve lived through, what we’ve had to endure, and the relationships and systems that have shaped us.
