Introduction

Do you feel like your mental health has started to interfere with your everyday life — but you can’t quite pin down why? Maybe it shows up as anxiety that won’t let up, trouble focusing no matter how hard you try, or a nagging sense that you just don’t feel like yourself anymore. Maybe you’re neurodivergent and tired of therapy that wasn’t built with your brain in mind, or you’re navigating trauma, a major life transition, or challenges that seem to shift depending on the day. Reaching out can feel uncomfortable, but you don’t have to figure this out on your own. My approach is person-centered and collaborative — therapy isn’t something I believe in approaching the same way for everyone. I focus on both the emotional and cognitive sides of your experience, since how we think and how we feel both shape how we move through the world. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s going on, process your experiences, and develop tools that actually feel helpful and manageable — whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, or life transitions, at a pace that feels right for you. A little about me: I aim to keep therapy real and approachable, tailored to who you are rather than following a script. My goal is to help you build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
