I have been a psychologist since 2011 and I enjoy helping people with a variety of problems. I utilize a blend of mindfulness, client-centered and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help people learn and apply new skills and tools to address problematic behaviors and shift toward improved functioning and positive perspective. I approach each client with the goal of understanding each person's unique experiences and complex history.
