Hi, I’m Ning. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. I believe in treating the whole person. I work collaboratively with my clients to support their healing with compassion, respect, and empathy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I hold a B.A. with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences and earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with individuals in a variety of mental health settings, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward building healthier, more fulfilling lives. Since 2021, I’ve worked as a therapist in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health clinics, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and older adults facing a wide range of challenges — from day-to-day stress and relationship difficulties to complex mental health conditions.
