If you’ve ever felt caught between how your mind works and what’s expected of you—by family, culture, or society—you’re not alone. Many clients I work with are high-achieving women with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or constantly falling short despite working hard to hold everything together. Self-criticism, people-pleasing, and pressure to succeed are common, especially in high-expectation family systems. I specialize in adult ADHD in women, high-functioning anxiety, and emotional regulation, offering a warm, judgment-free space with practical tools that work for your brain. As a South Asian therapist, I provide culturally responsive therapy for clients navigating family dynamics, generational expectations, and guilt around boundaries. My work is informed by professional training and lived experience with anxiety and ADHD, allowing me to offer compassionate, realistic support grounded in a deep understanding of your world. I also offer positive parenting coaching using a conscious, attachment-based approach, and work with men around burnout and emotional expression, as well as young adults navigating stress and life transitions. My approach is mindfulness-based and collaborative. You don’t need to have it all figured out—showing up is enough. I offer a free consultation.
