Since 2001, I have provided counseling and support services to children and adolescents ages 5–18 across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Over the course of my career, I have worked with young people experiencing a broad range of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, helping them build resilience and develop effective coping strategies. My clinical experience includes supporting children and teens presenting with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, anger management concerns, peer and family relationship difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and grief and loss. I recognize that every child’s experience is unique, and I strive to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate care that honors each client’s strengths, needs, and personal experiences. I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and therapeutic environment where children and adolescents feel heard, understood, and supported. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, strengthen self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and foster emotional well-being. I also value partnering with families and other support systems to promote meaningful growth, resilience, and lasting positive change.
