Introduction

Do you ever feel like you just don’t quite fit in, like the world wasn’t really designed with you in mind? You’re not alone. Life can feel incredibly unwelcoming at times, especially for those of us who experience the world a little differently. As someone who is neurodivergent myself and has navigated my own journey with ADHD, trauma, and mental health, I understand how isolating that can feel. It’s the reason I’m passionate about helping others find their own way of moving through the world. I’ve supported people from neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities through trauma, motivation, internalized shame, family conflict, and more! In our work together, we’ll draw from existential, relational, and person-centered approaches to find a style that feels right for you. I’m also trained in exposure therapy for trauma, social anxiety, phobias, and perfectionism. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and genuinely welcomed, no matter your identity or background. I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Even taking one small step can require so much courage. If you’re ready, I’d love to connect. Feel free to call or email me, and we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit before moving forward. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
