Hey there! I’m Noah (he/him). Life can throw a lot at you, especially when you’re navigating big changes as a young adult or moving between cultures and new environments. I’m here to walk alongside you through all of it, honoring your story and wherever you’re coming from. I’m a big believer that you know your own life best, but we all need a spot to untangle things sometimes. As a counselor-in-training, I focus on building a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you can actually feel heard. Think of our sessions as a place to slow down and just be honest. Some days we might dive deep into emotions, and other days we might focus on practical tools to help you get through the week. We’ll go at your speed, working together toward the clarity and resilience you’re looking for.
