I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who works with adolescents and adults. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. I believe that a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship is foundational to healing and lasting change. With warmth and curiosity, I create a space where clients feel deeply supported while also being thoughtfully challenged. Looking beyond symptoms and labels, I integrate attachment-focused psychodynamic therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and DBT-informed approaches to meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your individual needs. I also have specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic preparation and integration, helping clients integrate meaningful insights and experiences into their everyday lives. Through a nervous-system lens, I help clients cultivate greater emotional regulation, flexibility, self-trust, and agency. I support clients in examining old narratives, expanding their perspectives, and developing new ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe insight becomes most meaningful when it translates into lasting change beyond the therapy room.
