I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, anger management, depression, self-esteem, loneliness, relationships, school pressures, or major life transitions. Parents may seek support when their child is having difficulty managing emotions, coping with change, or finding their confidence. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to understand what’s happening, build healthy coping skills, and help young people feel more confident navigating life. I use a warm, person-centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring therapy to each client’s needs and goals. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, stress, identity development, and academic, career, and life transitions. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure how to put your feelings into words. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
