My clients are parents and families who are navigating the challenges that can come with raising a child with autism, as well as couples and families who are looking for support in strengthening their relationships. I enjoy working with parents who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply want guidance as they better understand and support their child. I also value working with couples and families who want to improve communication, work through conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships. Clients often come when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their strengths, understand their unique circumstances, and develop practical strategies. I believe that positive change happens when people feel supported and empowered. Whether I am helping parents navigate the needs of a child with autism, supporting a couple through relationship challenges, or working with a family to improve communication and connection, my focus is always helping the client move forward.
