Introduction

Hi, I'm Noelle. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I specialize in helping individuals navigate perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the many emotional adjustments that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I understand that these experiences can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unlike what you expected. My passion for counseling began with a desire to walk alongside individuals navigating some of life's most challenging transitions. Through my own perinatal journey and personal struggles during the transition to motherhood, I developed a deep appreciation for the emotional complexities that can arise during this season of life. Those experiences ultimately inspired me to specialize in perinatal mental health and support others facing similar challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly process your experiences, explore your emotions, and develop tools for healing and resilience. I also recognize that partner relationships, cultural identity, and faith or spiritual beliefs often play an important role in mental health and the therapeutic journey. Together, we will work to understand your unique story, strengthen your support systems, and help you move toward greater hope, meaning, and connection. You don't have to navigate this season alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and find your footing through one of life's most significant transitions.
