Hi there. My name is Noelle Raymond and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of clinical experience. I work with both adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships (family, friend, romantic). I specialize in eating disorder treatment and trauma. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, drawing from psychodynamic, interpersonal, and existential therapies. I incorporate CBT and DBT skills to help clients develop practical tools to support them beyond the therapy room. I also offer EMDR to support the safe, compassionate reprocessing of traumatic or distressing experiences. Together, we'll explore how the past may continue to impact the present while working toward greater mental, emotional, and physiological regulation. I provide a supportive space where this work can unfold at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I work collaboratively with each client to help them gain clarity and perspective in order to identify their unique strengths and develop tools needed to heal from the past and grow into their most authentic selves. I am committed to fostering a safe space for clients through a trusting client-therapist relationship based on communication and compassion. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply feel ready for things to change, therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, build new tools, and create meaningful change. I'd love to hear from you.
