I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice, dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan as they work through emotional, psychological, and life challenges. Since 2018, I have had the privilege of helping adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults navigate a wide range of concerns with compassion and clinical expertise. My areas of experience include life transitions, stress and anger management, multicultural issues, family dynamics, and a variety of mental health conditions. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, and OCD), PTSD and trauma-related disorders, and perinatal mood disorders. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and personalized to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from a range of clinically proven modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Strategies, Interpersonal Therapy, and Assertiveness Training. I strive to create a safe, culturally sensitive, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and work toward lasting change.
