Hi, I’m Nolan! As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals and couples who are navigating the challenges of relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. Many of the people I work with are adolescents, young adults, and men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This can show up as anxiety, relationship conflict, lack of direction, or difficulty expressing what’s really going on beneath the surface. I also enjoy working with athletes and high performers who are used to pushing through, but are looking for a space where they don’t have to carry everything alone. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and a systemic lens, which means we’ll look not only at what’s happening internally, but also at the patterns in your relationships and the environments that have shaped you. My goal is to help you build emotional clarity, self-trust, and deeper, more secure connections with others. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that affect your relationships, navigating anxiety or self-doubt, or trying to figure out who you are and where you’re going, therapy can be a space to slow down and move towards connection.
