Hi, I’m Nolan! As a relational therapist, I support individuals, couples, families, and especially young people navigating the emotional terrain of growing up, connecting with others, and finding their place in the world. Many of the people I work with are kids, teens, or young adults trying to make sense of big emotions, family stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges. I also love working with young athletes and high performers who might look strong and confident on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, alone, or unsure of how to ask for help. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and a systemic lens, which means I pay attention not just to individual struggles, but to the relationships and environments that shape us. I care deeply about helping people build emotional clarity, self-trust, and stronger connections with the people who matter most. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that affect your relationships, struggling to manage emotions, navigating anxiety or self-doubt, or trying to find a sense of direction, therapy can be a space to explore these challenging experiences with curiosity, courage, compassion, and sometimes a sense of humor. I offer a free 15–30 minute video consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
