Introduction

Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or hopeless? You are not alone. I specialize in working with adults who carry the weight of anxiety, depression, past traumas, and the aftermath of abuse. My approach combines evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Through EMDR Intensives, we will journey together, allowing you to process complete traumas securely during extended sessions. Unlike traditional therapy, this approach accelerates healing and minimizes unnecessary suffering. I will help safely guide your healing journey through trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, social anxiety, religious trauma, panic attacks, phobias, or the aftermath of recent traumatic events. Together, we will explore these complex issues and emotions. You will learn coping skills to ease your pain immediately. My approach is warm, mindful, and direct in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. I will help you gently discover and harness your inner strength, moving towards authentic peace, healing, and resilience. I work with clients who live anywhere in Texas or come to Texas, in the Fort Worth area, either virtually or in person. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
