I became a therapist because I believe in the power of having someone truly in your corner. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted without having to filter who they are or where they come from. I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and genuine curiosity into every session, and I am committed to meeting each client with openness, respect, and compassion. My approach is grounded in a relational and systemic perspective, recognizing that our relationships and family experiences often shape how we move through the world. I often draw from Structural Family Therapy as a foundation while integrating evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Together, we explore patterns, strengths, and challenges in ways that foster insight, growth, and lasting change. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate the challenges they are facing. I view therapy as a collaborative process and work alongside clients to create meaningful change, whether that means strengthening communication with a partner, building deeper understanding within a family, or developing a clearer sense of self. My hope is to help clients cultivate healthier relationships, greater resilience, and a stronger connection to the people and values that matter most.
