I’m Nora — a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Nashville, TN. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. My clinical background includes experience in inpatient mental health, co-occurring substance use disorder treatment, and ketamine therapy, giving me a well-rounded foundation for supporting individuals through many forms of mental health challenges. I provide holistic and trauma-informed care that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I'm passionate about exploring how mental health is deeply connected to nutrition, sleep, movement, and relationships. I welcome clients of all ages and am especially drawn to supporting trauma survivors with compassion and respect. My practice offers in-home psychiatric care, which allows me to meet people where they are. This approach is rooted in my commitment to community care and inspired by the mission of my alma mater, Frontier Nursing University, founded on bringing care directly to women, children, and families. My goal with in-home visits is to create a comfortable, familiar environment that supports deeper connection and respects the unique rhythms of each individual’s life. At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of authentic therapeutic relationships. I collaborate with clients to create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that reflect their lived experiences and goals. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking a more profound sense of well-being, I strive to offer a safe and grounded space for your healing journey. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy gardening, listening, learning, creating, and exploring the world around me — practices that keep me rooted and inspired.
