Nora has a depth and breadth of life experience. As a woman in her mid-fifties with a late-in-life diagnosis of ADHD, she is passionate about helping others grow through their own ADHD journey. Her three wonderful children, ages 15, 18, and 20, continue to teach her patience, compassion, and gratitude, reminding her of what matters most in life. Nora can relate to the challenges of ADHD within relationships. When she divorced, Nora transitioned out of a 25+ year marriage. This experience has galvanized her spirit to support other women with ADHD who receive a diagnosis later in life. Part of that journey for her has been learning more about ADHD and my own unique presentation. Another aspect is self-acceptance. Nora believes self-awareness is key to ensuring individuals with ADHD thrive in their own lives. Having navigated more than a few unexpected traumatic events throughout her life, she understands the complexity of having ADHD and how adversity adds dimensions to the path of healing and recovery work. Nora has a Bachelors of Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Major in Psychology. She obtained certification as an ADHD Life Coach through the International ADHD Coach Training (iACT) program, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.
