If you find yourself caught in anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself after an abusive relationship, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to reconnect with who you are. Healing can begin by understanding how your experiences shaped the ways you learned to protect yourself. Rather than judging the behaviors that helped you cope, we can gently explore what they were trying to protect—and what you may need now to feel safe, grounded, and more fully yourself. Together, we can explore the parts of you that learned to stay small, stay safe, or stay in control. Our work may focus on trauma, relational abuse, boundaries, identity, self-trust, and the overwhelm that can come with trying to navigate these experiences. My hope is that, through this process, you develop greater self-compassion, reconnect with your voice, and feel more grounded in who you are and what you need. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with British Caribbean roots, and I bring cultural humility and a trauma-informed lens to my work. I have been supporting clients since 2012 and received my Bachelor's in Psychology (Hons) and Master’s in Social Work (Hons) from the University of South Florida. I provide Telehealth support to adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a more connected way of moving through life.
