Introduction

Welcome, I’m Pattie Moreno-Guadamuz. I provide individual therapy for teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the clients I support are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, cultural adjustment, self-esteem concerns, parenting stress, or difficulties with emotional regulation. My style is warm, supportive, and direct. I believe therapy should feel safe and compassionate, while also helping you gain insight, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. Before entering this vocation, I spent many years working in media, which gave me a deep appreciation for people’s stories, communication, and the many experiences that shape who we are. I bring that life experience, along with extensive clinical training, into my work with clients. My approach is trauma informed, strengths based, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I use evidence based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, coping skills, and emotional regulation strategies to help clients better understand themselves, manage stress, improve communication, and move toward healing. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you do not have to do it alone. I welcome you to reach out to see if we may be a good fit.
