Introduction

You may be the person everyone relies on while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. Perhaps you are navigating a major life change, carrying unresolved grief, or finding that the same painful conflicts keep repeating in your relationships. You may look fine on the outside while feeling increasingly stuck inside. I help teens, adults, and couples manage anxiety and stress, strengthen communication, establish healthier boundaries, and understand the patterns keeping them stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. You will have space to feel genuinely heard while gaining clarity and developing strategies you can use beyond the therapy room. With more than over 10 years of experience, I offer in-person therapy in Abilene and online therapy throughout Texas and Colorado. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I accept several major insurance plans and welcome private-pay clients. If you are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident moving forward, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
