Hello! My name is Olga. I am a Master's Clinical Psychologist and specialize in person-centered, trauma-informed treatments for anxiety and depression. I work with perinatal and general adult/older adult population. I practice using explorative, mindfulness-based, somatic and emotion-focused modalities. I enjoy sitting with clients seeking to challenge their beliefs and understand their values. I consider safety, empathy and authenticity the cornerstones of any therapy approach.
