I believe it's okay to not be okay, and that no one is simply good or bad at everything—we're all complex, evolving people doing our best. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, from children and teens through adults and elders. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and burnout, and I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and exploring how lived experiences shape our lives. My approach draws from humanistic, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspectives, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and positive psychology. I help clients build practical coping skills while honoring their whole selves—mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're navigating a life transition, relationship challenge, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
