I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges within relationships and family dynamics. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to figure it out alone. As a therapist, I believe there is nothing more important in life than our connection with one another. Much of what we experience is shaped by our relationships with family, friends, and ourselves. My goal is to help individuals better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating their current stage of life. In our work together, we’ll focus on what feels most important to you while building practical coping skills and a deeper understanding of your experiences. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring each session to your individual needs. I currently offer in-person sessions in Westport, CT as well as virtual sessions.
