I work with people who have already done a lot. Therapy, books, yoga, meditation, maybe a ketamine session that cracked something open. People who understand themselves and still find that something hasn't moved. That gap, between knowing and feeling, between insight and the body catching up, is where this work lives. I'm a neurodivergent therapist with chronic illness. I work with neurodivergent people, those living with chronic illness, creatives, and people in kinky or polyamorous relationships who want care that actually fits how they're wired. I don't believe there is a right way to have a brain, a body, or a life. If you've had a non-ordinary experience and want someone who can sit with you in that territory without rushing it into meaning, I'm here for that. My approach is somatic, creative, and collaborative. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, and ADHD, via secure telehealth throughout California. The first step is a 20-minute call. Come with a sense of what you're ready to move toward.
