Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm glad you're here! I believe therapy should feel human. I bring warmth, authenticity and humor to our work together. I'll meet you where you are, be real with you, and offer a different perspective when it might help you see things in a new way. I work with individuals and couples navigating stress, relationships, and life's transitions. I have a particular interest in working with athletes and former athletes, as well as couples navigating the transition to parenthood. Whether you're working through performance pressure, perfectionism, relationship patterns, burnout, or the changes that come with a new chapter, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what's happening. My approach is integrative and tailored to you. We'll focus on what is most useful—whether that's gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, navigating difficult emotions, strengthening relationships, or making meaningful changes in your life. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. It can be a place to slow down, get curious, and create a little more space to move forward. To me, Steady State is about finding your footing amid the chaos of everyday life. Whether we meet virtually or take our session outdoors through walk-and-talk therapy, we'll make space for whatever you're navigating. A little about me outside of work: I'm a retired (and slightly washed-up) D1 college tennis player who has since traded the tennis court for the pickleball court. Most of my free time is spent with my family, figuring out life with a new baby, or questioning why I ever thought fantasy football was a good idea. I love good coffee, good company, staying active and finding humor in the little things.
