Introduction

As a therapist, it is my goal to meet you where you are and follow your pace through compassion and consistency. Growth, resiliency, and healing blossoms from within the self, and it's my job to help you foster that relationship within you from our relationship in counseling. With experience in trauma work, anxiety/depression, and crisis care, I enjoy working with teens and adults from all walks of life. My approach combines a humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens to best fit your needs and goals. I believe there is no "one size fits all" method to counseling. I also emphasize curiosity, empathy, and humility in my work. As an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming person, I am passionate about justice and advocacy work. If you’re tired of feeling like nothing’s ever enough—even when it is—then let’s talk. I will walk with you through the nitty gritty and sit with you in the dark spaces. Let's cultivate a life you feel welcomed in, rather than pushed around by!
