Introduction

My path into counseling began after several years in the tech industry, where I saw firsthand how stress, transitions, and high expectations can impact mental health and relationships. That experience inspired me to shift careers and dedicate myself to helping others navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and compassion. I recently earned my master’s degree from Northwestern University and am dedicated to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate anxiety, career-related concerns, relationships, and communication challenges. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, and create a more balanced and fulfilling personal and professional life. I understand that reaching out for support can take a lot of courage, so my role is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and explore what’s really going on. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe in honest conversations that help you get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck. There’s no one-size-fits-all method in therapy, so together we’ll find an approach that fits you and your goals. I draw from evidence-based practices while focusing on what feels most meaningful and useful for you. We’ll focus on understanding the “why” behind what you’re experiencing and developing practical tools you can use in daily life. My hope is that you’ll leave our sessions feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more capable of creating the kind of life and relationships you want.
