Believing in the power of relationships to catalyze change, I am committed to providing a warm, encouraging space for clients. I support clients in moving through life’s challenges by building a deeper understanding of self, shifting unsupportive thoughts, and empowering agency. Born and raised in Arizona, I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, majoring in Psychology with a minor in disability education. Through several years of community-based attachment and bonding work with families, I developed a deep understanding of how early relational experiences, and systemic inequality shape adult relationships. I earned a Master of Counseling from Arizona State University, focusing on LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and trauma healing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I lean into a humanistic approach with elements of Trauma-Informed CBT, ACT, Somatics and Motivational Interviewing.
