Hi, I’m Olivia, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life heal and navigate the complexities of mental health. I recognize that everyone has a unique story shaped by diverse life experiences, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment to help clients process their experiences. My integrative approach is centered on empowerment and assisting people to reshape their life narratives in a way that fosters resilience, growth, and healing. I have completed trainings in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and worked with children, adolescents, and families to process traumatic experiences with compassion and empathy. I help clients develop effective coping strategies and regain a sense of control and meaning over their lives. I believe trauma can be profoundly isolating, and I am committed to guiding clients toward hope and reconnection. In addition to my trauma work, I have experience working with individuals with anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorders, and believe that with controlled exposure, use of healthy coping skills, and a collaborative effort, I can help relieve your anxious symptoms and behaviors. I have also completed trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I incorporate particularly with clients experiencing depression, emotional dysregulation, and high-risk behaviors. My eclectic approach to therapy is tailored individually to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I strive to create a space that is free of judgment and where clients feel supported as they grow, explore, and thrive.
