Introduction

Thank you for visiting our site. Business hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am to 5pm. Dr. Phillips is a medical doctor, board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology (ABPN) and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 1993 and received her MD from the VCU School of Medicine (MCV) in 2001. Her psychiatric residency training was completed in 2005 at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt where she served as Chief Resident and was honored with the John Talbott Award for Clinical Excellence. Dr. Phillips has 20+ years of clinical experience. She works with adult patients via telehealth for individual psychotherapy and medication management. To make an initial appointment, please send a contact form or call and leave a voicemail with your callback number. Dr. Phillips will follow up personally by the end of the next business day for a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals for treatment, to determine whether this practice will be suitable for your needs and to review the fees for services. An initial evaluation can then be scheduled. If you are currently experiencing a medical emergency or are in imminent danger due to psychiatric crisis, please do not delay and either call 911 for assistance or go to the nearest emergency room for an evaluation. If you are not in immediate danger but you would still like to talk with someone right away, please call 988 for support. This practice does not take insurance, Medicaid or Medicare and fees are expected at the time of service. All patients must be located in the state of Florida for their telehealth appointments.
