It’s easy to underestimate the power of speaking openly to another person—and how isolating it is when that doesn’t feel possible in daily life. Saying things out loud can create real movement, and I’m glad you’re here to begin that work. I help people explore trauma, work through major life changes and relationship challenges, and make sense of feeling lost or disconnected. Much of what makes therapy work comes down to the relationship—you should feel safe, understood, and able to be fully yourself with your therapist. I’ll challenge you, find moments for humor, and always meet you with kindness, warmth, and humility. I have helped people navigate depression, anxiety, OCD, personality and substance use disorders, as well as complex emotions like grief, loneliness, shame, anger, heartbreak, and feeling stuck. Drawing from psychodynamic, CBT, narrative, and relational approaches, I’m always curious about your past to understand how you got here and where you want to go. Therapy can feel intimidating, but also rewarding—and even exciting at times. Staying curious about yourself is one of the bravest and most important things you can do. Whether you're addressing a specific problem, healing long-standing pain, or simply looking for extra support, I’d love to be a resource for you. Please reach out for a consultation.
